Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police are investigating a mobile meth lab that was found this week in the city.

Police say the mobile lab was found in a parking lot on the 2700 block of Lakeshore Boulevard.

According to a statement from the department, officers received a tip from two individuals shortly after noon yesterday that they had located a gray colored shoulder bag in the parking lot with what they believed were meth lab components.

Officers confirmed that they were and called in the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team to clean the site and remove the materials.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing.
