Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette man will be sentenced early next month after pleading guilty to an aggravated assault charge yesterday in Marquette County District Court.
43-year-old Daniel Summers was charged in connection with an incident in February of last year in which he is accused of physically harming his five-year-old daughter.
The case was plead down to a one-year misdemeanor. Summers will be sentenced on March 3rd.
He faces up to a year in jail and-or a $1,000 fine.
