Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette Township man has been arrested on multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct.
State Police at the Negaunee Post say 62-year-old William Arbelius was arrested and arraigned last Friday on three counts of second degree C-S-C.
The arrest comes after an investigation into an alleged incident that happened in Ishpeming Township involving an adult female.
Arbelius is scheduled for a preliminary hearing March 18th.
He remains lodged in the Marquette County Jail on $30,000 cash bond and faces up to 15 years in prison on each count.
