Negaunee C-S-C Case Preliminary Exam Delayed

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The preliminary exam of a Marquette County man accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct has been delayed.

62-year-old William Arbelius of Negaunee was scheduled for the exam today in Marquette County District Court in Ishpeming, but it was delayed at the request of his attorney.

He is facing three counts of second-degree C-S-C in a mentally disabled relationship and faces up to 15-years in prison on each count if found guilty.

Arbelius is in the Marquette County Jail on $30,000 bond.

No new date for the preliminary exam has been set.
