Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – State Police at the Negaunee Post are investigating a weekend traffic crash involving a City of Marquette Police vehicle.
The accident happened just after 11:30 p.m. Saturday in the city when the police car was southbound on Fourth Street and collided with an eastbound vehicle on Hewitt Avenue.
Both drivers were taken to Marquette General Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
No word on their condition at this time and no names have been released.
