Two Vehicle Crash In Marquette Injures One

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police say one person was hospitalized following a two vehicle accident in the city this morning.

Police say an eastbound vehicle was stopped on Bluff Street for the stop sign at Seventh Street.

The vehicle then proceeded east and struck a northbound vehicle on Seventh Street.

The driver of the eastbound vehicle reportedly did not see the other vehicle.

The driver of the northbound vehicle was taken to Marquette General Hospital for unknown injuries.

The driver of the first vehicle was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way and no names are being released at this time.
