Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Wisconsin man has been sentenced on several felony counts in connection with an armed robbery in Baraga County last year.
47-year-old Bernard Fish of Shawano, Wisconsin was sentenced in Baraga County Circuit Court to 20 to 40 years in prison.
He found guilty of two counts each of armed robbery, extortion and unlawful imprisonment and one count of impersonating a peace officer to commit a crime in an incident in Watton summer of 2013.
Fish received sentences of 20 to 40 years on each armed robbery count, 5 to 20 years on each extortion charge, 15 years on each unlawful imprisonment charge and 2 to 4 years for the impersonation charge.
The sentences will run concurrently and he was credited for 360 days served.
