Marquette Township, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – One person was hurt in a two-vehicle rollover crash yesterday afternoon in Marquette Township.

It happened around 1:15 p.m. on US-41 near Brickyard Road.

According to the Marquette County Sheriff, a vehicle driven by 21-year-old Courtney Almli of Marquette pulled out onto the highway from the Lowes parking lot and crossed into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by 50-year-old Gary Vought of Three Lakes, WI.

The impact knocked Vought’s vehicle onto it’s side, and he was taken to UP Health System-Marquette for treatment.

Almli was ticked for Failure to Yield.
