Nahma, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Rescue authorities were called out to Ogontz Bay on Big Bay deNoc this morning after a boat carrying four duck hunters capsized.
The boat overturned around 10:00 am, and three of the four hunters were able to make it to shore safely.
The fourth boater held on to the boat and was separated from the rest of the group.
The others called 9-1-1 and the fourth boater was taken to Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and hypothermia.
No names have been released.
