GLR News Update

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Two men convicted in connection to a pair of home invasions in the Marquette area were sentenced to prison yesterday.

25-year-old Jonathan Roy and 25-year-old Kyler Arrieta, both of Marquette, were each sentenced in Marquette County Circuit Court to 15 to 30 years in prison for one count each of armed robbery.

The men were arrested last July in connection with a pair of felony home invasions.

The two men were originally charged with several felonies in the case, but each plead guilty to the armed robbery charges in a plea agreement.

Police arrested Roy and Arrieta outside an apartment at The Preserve at Orianna Ridge.
