Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette man will be sentenced in February after pleading guilty to attempting to use stolen credit cards.
39-year-old Darrell Clark was arrested in November after Marquette Police investigated the theft of a wallet containing credit cards from a vehicle in North Marquette.
Clark was arrested after attempting to use one of the stolen cards at some local gas stations.
Clark pleaded guilty to a charge of Attempted Illegal Use or Sale of a Financial Transaction Device, which is a high-court misdemeanor.
He entered the plea in Marquette County Circuit Court, and will be sentenced on February 10th.
