Impassable Conditions Shut Down Marquette County Road

Skandia, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Marquette County Road Commission has closed down a stretch of County Road 533 in Skandia Township.

About a mile of the road, also known as Maple Grove Road, has been closed from south of US-41 where the pavement ends at Huber Creek.

The Road Commission says the roadway has been closed to all traffic until further notice due to impassable seasonal road conditions.
