Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Northern Michigan University’s spring commencement ceremony will be held at 10:30 tomorrow morning at the Superior Dome in Marquette.

Of the 991 students eligible to graduate, nearly 890 are expected to participate in the ceremony.

The commencement exercises will be broadcast live on WNMU Public TV 13 and via free streaming video online at nmu.edu/commencement.

Michigan Tech’s spring commencement ceremony will also be at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow at the John MacInnes Student Ice Arena in Houghton.

This year, nearly 1,100 students will be awarded degrees, including almost 300 graduate students.

Finlandia University’s graduation ceremony will take place on Sunday at the Paavo Nurmi Center on campus in Hancock.

The ceremony begins at at 1:30pm.
