Man Arrested On Reckless Driving Charges

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Copper Country man is facing arraignment later this month following his arrest in connection with a reckless driving case and a rollover crash in Calumet Township.

State Police at the Calumet Post say the 27-year-old Houghton man was arrested on a warrant for reckless driving related to a two-vehicle crash on May 21st that happened after the suspect was reported to be driving recklessly at high rates of speed.

His vehicle then collided with a pickup truck and rolled over near Agent Street.

No serious injuries occurred and the man is currently free on bond.

He will be arraigned in 97th District Court on June 19th, and his name is not being released pending arraignment.
