Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The second annual “Classic Cars on Third” car show to benefit the Marquette Women’s Center is coming up this Saturday.
One of the event’s organizers, Bill Dupras, joined the Sunny Morning Show today to preview this celebration of classic wheels for a good cause.
Dupras said the event starts with registration of vehicles at 10:00am with the show starting at Noon on North Third Street in Marquette.
He added that the classic cars, trucks and even motorcycles will fill Third Street between Park Street and Michigan with awards taking place at 3:30 p.m.
Dupras explained that all proceeds from the show will benefit the Women’s Center, in remembrance of Jessica Drummond, a victim of domestic violence.
