Marquette, MI – January 13, 2020 – It’s almost the third Thursday of the month which means another Winter Farmers Market and Music in the Mall in Marquette Township. Join us this Thursday, January 16th at the Westwood Mall for live music and local food and craft vendors.
You’ll want to make sure you bring cash to shop the locally made items from 5-8pm. Valentines Day is just around the corner and items like stone jewelry from Huron Mountain Lapidary or chocolate from Davin’s Chocolates may be just the thing to help show your love for someone special! Seeds and Spores will also be at the mall selling beef, pasture raised pork, eggs and herbs. Mother Mary’s Canned Goods will have locally bottled beets, pickles, jam and more, with samples! Bakery Barn will also be back again with a table covered in fresh baked goods like cinnamon rolls and fruit scones.
While you’re shopping the Winter Farmers Market, enjoy live music from 5-7pm. Near Trade Home Shoes, listen to Under This Cold Sky. There will be classic piano from John Kibit by Hallmark and Bayou Chocolat, a fun 6-piece cajun group will be at the far end of the mall.
