Marquette, MI – April 5 2014 – Wild Candidates, Wild County Clerks & Wild Weather on today’s Show
REMEMBER TO “FRIEND” THE SHOW AT FACEBOOK.COM/INTHERIGHTMIND.NET
Topic 1 – Non-Partisan Robin Sanders Hopes to be Michigan’s Next Governor.
Robin Sanders is hoping to find support among those unhappy with both democrats & republicans. Running as a “non-affiliated” candidate creates quite an uphill climb, but Sanders believes he can pull it off. See his web site robinsandersforgovernor.com.
Topic 2 – Gun Free Military Bases?
Since 1993, military personnel have been disarmed and unable to defend themselves. Prior to that we had never seen a mass killing on a military base. Since disarming them, we’ve seen plenty (3 in the last 5 years). Many agree with me (including legislators) that it is time to end this 20-year experiment. That doesn’t stop the gun controlistas from using the event to raise money… and the NRA from doing the same. Updated Limerick and the song Johnny Hide your Gun. To summarize… More Guns = Less Crime AND Fewer Killings
Topic 3 – Wild Pigs Win In Court
Greg “MooseMan” Johnson visited the show to discuss the recent victory over the Michgan DNR and their war on free range pork chops. The interview included a bit of history, an upated limerick and the song “Pigs Going Wild” from the original AWARD WINNING EPISODE from 2012.
Topic 4 – Gay Marriage Update
A brief discussion on the recent actions in Michigan prompted a couple calls on the subject. Another updated limerick and a revisited song “Love & Gay Marriage” made light of a topic that has a lot of people on both sides of the spectrum unhappy.
