mediaBrew Communications Takes Over Marquette Community Stations from Great Lakes Radio

Marquette, Michigan – August 3, 2019 – This is the first weekend that show is now done under the mediaBrew Communications banner.  Charles Williams took over all the Great Lakes Radio, Inc. stations in Marquette county.

Former Emmis Indianapolis Market Manager Charles Williams and mediaBrew Communications Marquette, LLC paid $2 million to Great Lakes Radio, Inc. to take over   Classic Rock 98.3 WRUP Palmer,  “101.9 Sunny-FM” WKQS Negaunee, Country 103.3 WFXD Marquette, plus HD translators “Fox Sports Marquette” 99.9 W260AG Ishpeming/105.1 W286BC Marquette and the Christmas station  “106.1 The Gift” W291CJ Marquette.

The plan is to keep the 8th Day Radio Show and its host Todd Pazz on all the Marquette county stations, while leaving WQXO and WRPP stations.

It’s a new future.  We’ll see where it goes.
