MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Jim Hafeman, a Republican Candidate for the 109th District of the Michigan House of Representatives, visited the WKQS-fm studios this morning to discuss his candidacy with News Director Walt Lindala.
Hafeman, who currently resides in Negaunee, talked about his background and experience in law enforcement, security and education and what key issues he feels are currently facing the district as well as the State of Michigan.
He outlined with platform that focuses on the components of vision, integrity and guts. A strong believer in state’s rights and individuals rights, Hafeman says he believes in holding our elected officials accountable for their actions and strives for consensus building over compromise.
