Marquette, MI – (02/26/20) – On our latest Wildcat Wednesday we heard about a two-part workshop series at Northern Michigan University intended to aid non-profit agencies in our community. The workshops will be highlighting current best practices, lessons from the field, and trends in effective non-profit management.
Cedric Calhoun, President of Eclipse Business Strategies, will be the featured presented at the sessions, and he joined Mark & Walt in the Morning to talk about the schedule of events.
Calhoun said the workshops will challenge non-profit board members and volunteers to examine the overall management of their organization and how its message is communicated. He added that attendees will receive assignments that will be due before each of the two sessions, and they will drive discussions in a collaborative and interactive forum where practical applications will be explored.
The sessions are being held at Northern Michigan University’s Northern Center on Tuesday, March 10 and Tuesday, April 14, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Lunch is included in your registration.
