Marquette, MI – August 14, 2020 -The Silver Creek Church in Harvey, MI is hosting a neighborhood block party this weekend. Pastor Kevin Taylor joined Mark & Walt in the Morning to invite listeners to come to the event.
It’s being held this Saturday from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at the church at 219 Silver Creek Road and is open to the public.
Taylor explained that due to current circumstances this year’s event will be held as a drive-thru and children will receive backpacks, school supplies and hygiene kits. Each child will also be given a coupon for three free outfits from Silver Creek Thrift.
Children must be present to receive these items.
