Gwinn, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Gwinn School Board is currently seeking applications to fill an open member seat.
The vacancy was created by the resignation of Board member AJ Filizetti, effective August 9th.
The Board now has thirty days to fill this vacancy and the person appointed will serve on the Board until December 31st, 2016.
A permanent replacement will be elected to fill the remaining 4 years of the 6 year term at the School Board meeting in November.
Those interested in the vacancy can submit a letter to the Board President, Ron Lauren, by 4:00 pm on Monday, August 24th.
