MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Today marks the 11th anniversary of terrorist attacks on the United States in New York, The Pentagon and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
While the tragedy of that day still brings anger and sadness to many of us, it’s important to remember that Americans from all walks of life came together, stood up and helped those who needed help and remember those we lost.
We will never forget. Today, pause and offer a special prayer, take a moment and remember those we lost, those we love, and those who fought and fight to keep us free.
