Suspect Arraigned In U.P. Murder Case

    Menominee, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A suspect has been arraigned on a murder charge in the death of a Menominee County woman.

    The body of 43-year-old Jolene Eichhorn was found this week in the trunk of her vehicle in the parking lot of the Cedar River State Harbor in Cedarville Township.

    48-year-old Gregory Ihander was arrested following a short investigation and was arraigned in Menominee County District Court yesterday on one count of homicide-open murder.

    He is being held on one million dollars cash bond and faces life in prison.

    Ihander will be back in court in two weeks for a probable cause hearing.
