Gwinn, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Forsyth Township Police and the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team have arrested two people on meth charges.
26-year-old Corey Racine and 26-year-old Brittany Marie Anders, both of Gwinn, face several felonies after an investigation into meth-making components found Monday on an ATV trail.
Police launched the investigation after the property owner reported ATV’s operating on the trail at all hours of the day, and stopping and staying on the property for hours at a time.
During surveillance of the area, police say Racine came through on an ATV and was in possession of meth-making items.
Anders was arrested after an investigation found she had purchased those items.
All charges in the case are 20 year felonies and the investigation is ongoing.
