Manistique, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A suspect in a Schoolcraft County triple homicide is headed to prison after agreeing to a plea deal.
46-year-old old Kenneth Brunke of Manistique plead guilty today in Schoolcraft County Circuit Court to obstruction of justice, and lying to a police officer during the investigation of a violent crime.
The first count is a five-year felony and the second is a four-year felony.
In accordance with the guilty plea, Prosecutors will drop twelve other charges against Brunke.
Brunke was arrested in connection with the death of three people in Doyle Township in April.
He will be sentenced December 10th.
