Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Authorities in Marquette are warning area senior citizens about a possible scam making the rounds.
Marquette City Police say that they have received reports of of a scam in the form of a letter addressed to senior citizens from the so-called “Seniors Center”.
Police say the letters are not associated with the City of Marquette Senior Center or any other senior centers in the area.
Police are urging all citizens to be cautious if they receive letters like this because they are likely scams and to not respond to them.
